All bedrooms on the Burj Dubai Boulevard side have terraces and are shaded most part of the day.

The floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows with roll down shades help manage solar heat gain and reduce glare. The kitchens and bathrooms have modern finishes and quality fittings.
The Grand Boulevard is located close to The Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment destinations. With enhanced connectivity through the Burj Dubai Tram service, the towers are in close proximity to the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai World Trade Centre and other business nerve-centres in the city.
Downtown Burj Dubai is the newest neighbourhood in Dubai with an established community life already.
The 500 acre project has three world-class hotels, and Souk Al Bahar, a shopping mall featuring Arabesque architectural elements. Invest response to the launch of residential projects in Downtown Burj Dubai has been overwhelming.
