Jorge Soler

Jorge V. Soler AIA, LEED AP

Jorge V. Soler, Director of Technical Design, has more than 25 years of international experience in technical architecture, with an extensive portfolio includes airports, performing arts facilities, hotels and convention centers and large-scale mixed-use projects around the world.

At AS+GG, Jorge oversees all developments and ensures technical competency and continuity of design philosophy. His approach to design focuses on the complete integration of building systems, which results in highly responsive environmental solutions.

Before joining the firm in 2006, Jorge was an associate partner in the Chicago office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

Willis Tower Greening Project + Hotel (Formerly Sears Tower)
Integration of sustainable systems to lower energy consumption at this landmark tower. Also, design for highly sustainable, 50-story five-star hotel, to be built on the south side of Willis Tower plaza. The hotel will draw net zero energy from the power grid. Chicago, Illinois
