The Grand Boulevard real estate project launched close to Burj Dubai

Emaar Properties, Dubai-based real estate developer, has announced the launch 'The Grand Boulevard', a 2-tower residential complex located on Burj Dubai Boulevard has been designed through a collaboration of the Chicago office of Adrian Smith, the designer of Burj Dubai, and Gordon Gill Architecture LLP, as well as local architects to maximize views of Burj Dubai, the world's tallest building. Featuring a theater, two levels of retail and an extensive spread of leisure amenities, The Grand Boulevard will be launched on June 28th, 2008.

The Grand Boulevard comprises of 69 and 22-storey towers. The real estate development in Dubai has an extensive array of indoor amenities including a fully-equipped gymnasium, children's play areas, multimedia room, business centre, game room and lounge areas.
