Record-breaking Brickell condo tower tops out at 47 stories
By John Yellig
About a year-and-a-half after setting a sales-price record for Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, the 47-story Una Residences condominium tower has topped out.
Construction of the ultra-luxury project, located at 175 NE 25th Road, is expected to wrap up early next year. When finished, the project will offer 135 residences with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, and the Downtown Miami skyline.
The building’s two tri-level penthouses sold for $17.75 million each, which is the highest recorded condominium sale in the Brickell submarket. These residences each span 7,089 square feet and offer an additional 2,871 square feet of outdoor terrace and rooftop space, including two private pools, summer kitchens, saunas and steam rooms.
Most of the other condos, which range from two- to five-bedroom units measuring between 1,100 to 4,786 square feet, have also been sold, although several are available ranging from $4.4 million to $10 million.
Community amenities will include a private marina, three swimming pools, a children’s splash-pad area and playroom, movie theater, spa and steam room, fitness center and onsite dining. Residents will also receive membership to the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne.
The tower was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG) and is being developed by OKO Group and Cain International.
“This marks a pivotal moment for our team, as we introduce a one-of-a-kind building to the Brickell City skyline,” Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of OKO Group, and Jonathan Goldstein, CEO of Cain International, said in a joint statement.
“With its yacht-inspired aesthetics, world-class amenities and a prime waterfront location, Una Residences offers a luxury living experience unique to the South Florida market.”
