Pidemco Tower

The design of the Pidemco Tower references the rich tropical environment of Singapore, an aesthetic that contrasts with the adjacent internationally influenced central business district. In this manner, Pidemco represents an intersection of region’s the cultural traditions with the evolving technological frontier.

The project design draws inspiration from a rich palette of indigenous colors, materials and forms. The polychromatic building incorporates pod-like forms, referencing the flora and fauna found in the region. The building’s interior organization maximizes leasing flexibility, panoramic views, and atria. A world-class environment is created through the inclusion of scaled, flexible working spaces.

The design complement existing gateway views to the city by dynamically extending the skyline southward, establishing a sense of place that responds to the needs of both client and community.
